Diffls is deliberately small. You tell me what your business needs, and I'm the person who designs, builds and talks it through with you.

Yes. You don't pay a deposit or anything else until you've seen the finished website and decided you want it. If you don't want it, you pay nothing at all.
Then we shake hands (metaphorically) and part ways. You owe nothing, and the site never goes live. There's no awkward sales call afterwards.
It depends on the business. Most straightforward sites come together quickly once we've had our first chat. I'll give you a straight answer on timing before I start building.
No. If you have one, we'll use it. If you don't, we'll sort one together and connect it for you. Either way, you don't touch any settings.
Yes. I'll look at what you have, keep anything worth keeping (like your domain and Google presence), and rebuild it properly. You'll review the new site before anything changes.
Yes. Reviewing the site is part of the process. Tell me what feels off and I'll adjust it before you pay anything.
